50 % ΚΑΤΩ ΟΙ ΤΙΜΕΣ ΣΤΟ ΚΑΜΠΙΝΓΚ ΣΑΜΟΘΡΑΚΗΣ
Με απόφαση του το Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο Σαμοθράκης προχώρησε σε μείωση των τιμών στους κατασκηνωτικούς του χώρους για την φετινή περίοδο κατά 50%!!!
Ο Δήμος Σαμοθράκης στην περίοδο της οικονομικής κρίσης προχωρά με μια σημαντική μείωση παρέχοντας την δυνατότητα φθηνών διακοπών ενώ συγχρόνως δίνει ένα σημαντικότατο κίνητρο προκειμένου να περιορίσει την ελεύθερη κατασκήνωση.
Η ελεύθερη κατασκήνωση λόγω της ορεινής και πυκνόφυτης φύσης του νησιού ενέχει πολλαπλούς κινδύνους τόσο για τους κατασκηνωτές όσο και για τους μόνιμους κατοίκους ενώ δημιουργεί εστίες ρύπανσης ιδιαίτερα σε δύσβατα σημεία και στα ρέματα.
Ο Δήμος Σαμοθράκης ανταποκρινόμενος στο καθολικό αίτημα της τοπικής κοινωνίας θεωρεί υποχρέωση του να υπερασπιστεί με κάθε νόμιμο μέσο το νησί, τους κατοίκους αλλά και τους ίδιους τους κατασκηνωτές.
Ζητάμε από τους φίλους επισκέπτες να σεβαστούν και να βοηθήσουν την τοπική κοινωνία στην προσπάθεια της να συμβάλλει στην καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών αλλά και στην προστασία του νησιού.

50% decreased at the prices of the camping sites in Samothraki
The Municipal Authority of Samothraki decided a major decrease of the prices at the municipal camping sites by 50% for this year `s season. During the crisis period the Municipality has decided a major decrease on the prices of our camping sites providing to our visitors the possibility of economical holidays in Samothraki. In parallel we give a significant motive to the visitors trying to minimise the extented phenomenon of free camping.
We would like to inform our visitors that according to the current legislation free camping is prohibited all over the island.
Due to the mountainous and lush vegatation of the island free camping involves multiple hazards both for campers and permanent residents alike while it creates infection focal points especially in inaccessible places and to the streams.
Corresponding to the general demand of the local community the Municipality of Samothraki feels it is their duty to defend with every lawful means their island, the inhabitants as well as the campers.
We ask our visitors to respect and help the local community in its effort to contribute to the best service of the visitors but simultaneously to the protection of the island.
